Local Singapore Delivery

All domestic packages are dispatched via courier delivery at a flat rate of S$4.50 per package for orders below S$60.

We offer free shipping on all local orders above S$60! Do note that free shipping IS NOT APPLICABLE for Sparkling Holiday gift set.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore within 24 hours after order has been placed. Once a package has been picked up by our courier company, it will generally take 1-3 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise. Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

International Orders

Softt only ships to Malaysia at the moment.  

All Malaysian orders are dispatched via Ninjavan courier delivery. We offer international courier delivery at S$5 for West Malaysia and S$8 for East Malaysia, for orders below S$200.

We offer free shipping on all international orders above S$200!

It would generally take 5-10 working days (West Malaysia) and 7-12 working days (East Malaysia) upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

Exchange & returns policy

Due to hygiene purposes, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange and/or returns. However, in the event you received a defective product or wrong order (e.g. incorrect shades or sizes), please contact customer service immediately within 3 working days.

Please note that any damages to the packaging will not be accepted for exchange and/or returns.
